• Choose from a variety of voice personas and styles
• Create multi-speaker dialogues and conversations
• Download generated audio files for personal or commercial use
• Access additional features like ringtone creation

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

While basic features may be available without registration, certain features may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

5. Content & Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text content you input into the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Audio: You own the audio files generated from your text input. You may use these files for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

Our Content: The Service, including all software, algorithms, voice models, and website content, is owned by Speech Best and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Uses: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our voice models or underlying technology.

6. Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may require payment. If you choose to purchase premium features:

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• You are responsible for all taxes and additional charges
• Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your access to premium features.
